§ 52.48. BILLING DATE, DUE DATE AND THE LIKE.

(A) The date of billing, the discount for payment within a prescribed period and the penalty for failure to pay within a period shall be as established by resolution.
(B) At the November 2015 City Council meeting, the Council approved moving from a monthly utility billing system to a quarterly utility billing system for the Lakeland Water Utility.
