§ 114.99. PENALTY.

A licensee found to be in violation of this chapter is subject to fines as established in Chapter 33, Fee Schedule, of the Lakeland City Code, may be subject to suspension or revocation of the license by the city council, and may be subject to misdemeanor prosecution. Other persons or employees of a licensed premises found to be in violation of this ordinance may be subject to prosecution for a misdemeanor.
