§ 153.04. CULVERTS.

Each building site utilizing an access to a public street shall have a culvert of a diameter and specification to be determined by the City Engineer. The driveway culverts shall include an apron on each end and be of a length where the aprons are flush with the side slopes of the driveway. The culvert is to be placed at an elevation consistent with the drainage plan. The property owner will be responsible for the proper installation and maintenance of the driveway culvert.
